Inital Set up on Xero


Login to the Xero website and navigate to the Chart of Accounts located in the Settings drop down menu.

- Set up your Chart of Accounts by inputting the relevant information

- In doing this you will also categorise the account:

         Purchase          –   Direct Cost

         Current Stock   –   Current Asset

         Closing Stock    –   Direct Cost



Next you will need to set up your Tax rates. They can be accessed in General Settings located in the Settings drop down menu.

- Proceed to set up Tax component 






The integration will sync contacts on both systems.

- New contacts on Xero will be synced to Farmflo and vice versa

- Updates to existing contact's records in either system will also be synced

(Xero contacts can be found on the "Add on" drop down menu.)
